The Healthcare Account Manager is more than a point of contact—it’s a strategic bridge between 1st Choice and our valued healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and payers. This role calls for someone who thrives on building trust, spotting opportunities, and navigating the complexities of healthcare delivery with grace and grit.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships and serve as the trusted liaison for client success.
Sales & Growth: Identify upsell opportunities, drive service expansion, and contribute to revenue goals.
Liaison & Communication: Coordinate across clinical, billing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Problem Resolution: Address client concerns with urgency and professionalism to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client needs and organizational goals.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare services, HIPAA compliance, and industry trends.
Sales & Negotiation: Proven success in healthcare sales, contract negotiation, and business development.
Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
🎓 Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or healthcare sales (B2B preferred).
