Contractor Engagement and On-boarding

1st Choice manages all new hire paperwork, including employment agreements, worker eligibility and statutory enrollment documents. Client policies (background checks, drug screenings and confidentiality agreements) can be incorporated into the on-boarding process to ensure policy enforcement within the organization.
