Food Donations & Combating Food Insecurities: Through consistent food drives and donations, we work to eliminate hunger and ensure families have access to nutritious meals.
Partnerships with Local Shelters: Supporting those experiencing homelessness is a priority. We collaborate with local shelters to provide essential resources and a path toward stability.
Diaper Drives & Donations: We recognize the importance of basic necessities for families. Our diaper drives and donations help parents care for their children with dignity.

Meet Our Founder
Michelle Bell is the visionary Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of 1st Choice, LLC. With over two decades of leadership experience, Michelle is driven by a passion for empowering individuals and organizations to reach their highest potential. She founded 1st Choice in 2000 from the basement of her home in Silver Spring, Maryland, turning a bold vision into a nationally recognized firm.
A trailblazer in workforce solutions and business strategy, Michelle’s expertise spans organizational development, talent management, and operational efficiency. Under her leadership, 1st Choice has become a trusted partner for government agencies, corporations, and nonprofits, providing staffing, consulting, and workforce management services.
Her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is central to her leadership. As a minority woman-owned business owner, Michelle champions equitable opportunities and leverages her influence to uplift marginalized communities. Her philosophy is simple: When people are given the right opportunities, they can achieve greatness.

Award Details
