Black History is American History

No policy, decision, or agenda can erase the truth: Black history is woven into the very fabric of this nation. It is the foundation of innovation, the heartbeat of culture, and the soul of resilience. Honoring Black history is not just a reflection on the past, it is a commitment to truth, justice, and progress. It recognizes the brilliance of those who built this country, often without recognition, and the sacrifices made so that we could stand where we are today. As efforts to remove diversity, equity, and inclusion gain traction, we must be even more intentional in celebrating our stories, our achievements, and our impact. Black history is not an elective. It is not a footnote. It is essential.

Black History Belongs in every:

classroom,

boardroom, and

conversation about the future of this nation.

We will not be erased. We will not be silenced. We will continue to honor our past, uplift our present, and shape our future. Because Black history is American history—yesterday, today, and always.
